After graduating, Andy Gibbins joined Shell Chemicals at Carrington, Manchester. He has spent 20 years with Shell, NOVA Chemicals and NOVA Innovene in a number of technical and management roles, initially in process engineering and project related roles. More recently Andy has worked as site manager in both France and the UK.

AGP Consulting started trading in 2006 and has carried out project management assignments with chemical companies in various European countries.
