Dr Zavareh has 30 years experience in discovery research, process development, manufacturing, technology transfer and outsourcing.  His blend of experience encompasses both small and large scale work in chemical as well as biopharmaceutical fields.  In addition to his scientific and technical expertise, he is well-known for his project management and strategic planning skills.

Since founding ChemPharmaServe he has focused on helping emerging pharmaceuticals to maximise their internal resources in their quest to fast track development of their drug pipelines.

Dr Zavareh gained his MSc and PhD from Sheffield University followed by postdoctoral research at Sheffield and University College London.  He then worked for the Dow Chemical Company in UK and USA where he contributed to process development and manufacture of new agrochemicals.

Subsequently, he worked for Chiroscience and Celltech and led the process development efforts on single enantiomer drugs including Chirocaine, methylphenidate and NCEs.  Latterly, he worked with Amedis Pharmaceuticals where he managed their entire chemistry outsourcing programmes.
